The implementation of Work From Anywhere (WFA) work schemes creates new challenges such as social isolation and decreased team cohesiveness in virtual environments. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the influence of digital leadership models on social inclusion and team performance in remote work patterns. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a hermeneutic phenomenological design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations on cloud collaboration platforms, and performance document analysis. The findings reveal that digital leadership combining platform technical skills and empathy-based communication successfully eliminates feelings of isolation among workers. Task transparency and equitable access to information are proven to enhance active participation, self-confidence, and overall team productivity. This study concludes that the effectiveness of WFA schemes fundamentally relies on the transformation of leadership styles toward social inclusiveness and output-based performance evaluation.
